We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 3 years of experience to assist in managing datasets, providing business insights, and improving systems through data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SQL and Python, with a focus on reporting and data visualization. You will be responsible for generating actionable insights, creating reports, and automating routine tasks to optimize processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on data analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze and process datasets using SQL and Python to derive actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.Use Python libraries (e.g., Pandas) for basic data analysis and reporting.Anomaly Detection & Data Quality:Analyze onboarding datasets from media providers to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data discrepancies.Verify metadata and hyperlinks, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation across systems.Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure clean data for reporting.Automation & Process Optimization:Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Python and basic JavaScript.Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and streamline data management processes..Technical Requirements:Must-Have Skills:Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (basic to intermediate level).Solid experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data analysis functions.Familiarity with any of the data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.Good-to-Have Skills:Basic understanding of ETL processes.Familiarity with data governance practices.Ability to develop and present data insights to non-technical audiences.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends.Shift : 9am to 6pm3 must havesETL 4/5SQL 4/5
