The ideal candidate should have a **strong engineering mindset** and be proficient in **natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML) algorithms** , and automation tools. Candidates with a **bachelor’s degree in engineering** are preferred. **Key Responsibilities** + **Analyze and process large datasets** to extract actionable insights. + **Develop and fine-tune LLM (Large Language Models)** for business applications. + **Develop and deploy machine learning models** for predictive analytics and automation. + **Work with SQL databases** for data extraction, transformation, and analysis (Azure Synapse). + **Use Python** and **Excel VBA** for data analysis, automation, and model development. + Design and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in data science, analytics, or AI/ML development. + **Technical Skills:** + **Strong proficiency in SQL** for data manipulation and querying in Azure. + **Python programming** , with expertise in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Deep learning concepts and NLTK/SpaCy for NLP. + **Experience with LLMs and Gen AI** (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, BERT or similar). + **Hands-on knowledge of NLP algorithms** , such as Transformer models, Text Vectorization (TF-IDF, Word2Vec), and Sequence Models (LSTMs, GRUs). + **Advanced Excel & VBA** for automation and reporting. + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or related fields. + **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)** + Experience with **Power BI** for data visualization. + Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure) + Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts. \#LI-PS1 Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
