We are today a team of approximate 45+ people and have five ventures. Our office space is very central at Drottninggatan in Stockholm.
Job description
As a Venture Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of new business ventures by providing actionable insights through data analysis. By collecting, analysing, and interpreting data you will help guide strategic decisions and optimise business performance.
Reporting to our Tech Domain Manager, you will be aligned with one of our ventures while also working closely with other colleagues within your domain to share expertise and best practices.
Key responsibilities
In the role of Data Analyst for a venture your key responsibilites will be:
Data Collection and Management: Gathering, cleaning, and maintaining data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis. Data Analysis: Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making. Reporting and Visualisation: Creating clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the health and progress of business ventures. Market Research: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide context and support strategic planning. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to align data insights with business objectives. Recommendations: Providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis to help optimise operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
About you
We seek someone with strong experience within data analytics. It is important that you are a positive influence and a good collaborator as you will interact with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. Good communication skills are also key since you will be interacting closely with business executives both across the company and externally. You are a goal-oriented doer and a team player that loves to see how our business is growing.
We also believe that you (requirements): Have a master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or similar field. Bring 3+ years of experience in the analytics field, experience within the logistic industry is a plus. Possess a high degree of autonomy and can work independently on complex analyses. Have a solid and broad analytical skills-set including the ability to use statistical methods. Are proficient in using data extraction tools. Have experience working with BI tools such as QlikSense or Tableau. Thrive in in a fast-growing company. Are fluent in EnglishWhat we offer:
