Meet the Team Join the field of Network Technology within our R&D department which contributes to the evolution of the next generation of leading networking products. We are building firmware, SDK, simulators, and compilers for Cisco Silicon One™ architecture and work in developing pioneering technology. The team is working on the new generation of silicon, which will be part of all Cisco device families and drive the future of the Internet. This is an opportunity to work with worldwide distributed Cisco R&D centers and learn from the best engineers in the field. Your Impact * You’ll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights that support informed decision-making within an organization. * This role involves statistical analysis, data visualization, and collaboration with various teams to understand and address their data needs * You are going to gather data from databases and additional sources, use statistical techniques to interpret it, identify trends, and uncover patterns * You are going to create visual representations of data findings, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate insights to team members effectively. Minimum Qualifications: * BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Science/ Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge * 2+ years of data analytics experience * Strong SQL skills * Experience in working with multiple data systems, defining data collection, and creating dashboards * Experience in data visualization: Grafana, Tableau or similar tools * Basic coding skills Preferred Qualifications: * Software development experience * Experience with ELK or similar No-SQL systems * Experience with Jira and Jira plugins * Strong Excel skills * Skills in log analytics tools #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
