What this job involves:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team at JLL-Google account. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing facility-related data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments, including operations, occupancy planning and other relative departments to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
● Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various available sources.
● Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
● Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored analysis and recommendations.
● Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
● Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection processes and data quality standards
● Participate in cross-functional projects related to facility management and data analytics.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
● Proven experience (5+yrs) as a Data Analyst, preferably in the facility management, real estate or related industry.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
● Experience with data visualization tools, such as Data studio, Plx, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
● Familiarity with Google oce suite and facility management softwares, such as IWMS like IBM tririga is a plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
