What You Will be Doing:
The Data Analyst will support TTEC programs in data processing. You will create reports to highlight any differences using Excel and Power BI and analyze data to identify likely errors and prepare reports due as a result of their analysis. The work may involve working across multiple teams and with Clients employees.

Very good proficiency in MS Excel – 365suiteGood knowledge of SQL is essentialSignificant experience with spreadsheets and creating detailed reportsKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)Good knowledge of and experience with reporting and data analyze tools, databases (SQL etc), VBA and ScriptsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently with customers/stakeholders across global time zonesAble to take own initiative in solving issuesStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsVery good written and spoken EnglishVery good communication skillsWhat You Can Expect
