**What you will do:**
**Strategic Planning:**
Execute on our Analytics & Experimentation strategies for the continued rollout and deployment across all the tools we support.
Align our strategy across all Product stakeholders to meet company business goals and initiatives.
Be an advocate for all areas we focus on including Analytics, Experimentation, and Dashboarding visualizations.
Champion our work across all teams and be the backbone to progress implementations internally and for 3 rd party application integration and implementations.
**Technical Management and Optimization:**
Be part of the team who will continuously monitor and optimize our tools in conjunction with providing the appropriate data.
Assist with implementing and enforcing governance policies, standards, procedures for the use of our analytical tools ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations between 3 rd party apps and our own apps.
Perform regular data integrity audits between analytics tools to ensure accurate data for purposes of security, compliance, and consistency.
**Collaboration and Communication:**
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, project management, Marketing, and Operations, to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with our Product Specialist counterparts to give data input to the work being delivered on a 2 week sprint cycle.
Serve as one of the primary point of contacts for all analytics inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Help facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user group meetings to promote best practices and drive tool adoption.
**Innovation and Continuous Improvement**
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to onboard and enhance the usage of analytical tools, focusing on various features and functions.
Stay up to date on Analytics tools updates, features, plugins, and best practices.
Help lead efforts in automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiencies across all of our tools.
**Upskilling/Continuous learning**
Familiarize yourself with the digital applications and website/mobile app experiences relevant to our financial services offerings.
Complete certification via relevant online training modules and encourage team members to do the same to help upskill product and engineering teams.
Embrace a learning culture always seeking something new and relevant to our industry leveraging our learning platforms.
**To be able to perform the following:**
**Tooling use:**
Set up initial mappings of applications for ease of use based on stakeholder requirements.
Create and manage alerting methods for all applications, leveraging automation tools where applicable.
Develop zonings and heatmaps based on stakeholder requirements and share with appropriate team members.
Analyze errors across the portfolio of applications and products to identify and resolve customer friction points, aiding Engineering teams in rapid issue resolution.
Work with various stakeholders to review and analyze session replays, addressing specific errors or issues identified through customer service interactions.
Prepare and distribute reports to leadership, offering recommendations based on findings to help increase conversions and reduce user friction.
**Data Testing/Validation/Reporting:**
Assist with onboarding by using knowledge of tag management systems to define custom variables and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
Install necessary extensions on relevant properties, add custom variables, and use data elements to save to the Adobe Launch Library.
Perform data testing to ensure accuracy, particularly during new integrations, and compare results with other data sources.
Mask textual PII data using appropriate methods and validate the implementation.
Develop a methodology to track ROI and integrate with Agile teams, ensuring transparency throughout the organization regarding the impact of changes.
Utilize SQL and data processing tools to create dashboards that will be visualized in reporting tools.
**Education and Experience:**
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 + years proven experience as a software engineer or similar role.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with data analytics platforms and big data technologies.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
**Strategic and Interpersonal Skills:**
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical leadership across departments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eager to learn new technologies and innovate.
**Nice to have:**
Have knowledge of big data technologies and experience with cloud computing platforms.
Experience working within a SaFe Agile methodology environment.
Have experience with ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Have experience with data analytics platforms to provide comprehensive data analysis and insights.
