3+ years as a Data Analyst Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements gathering. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of digital banking trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
