Description Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights. You'll work closely with experienced analysts and business stakeholders to support data collection, cleaning, reporting, and visualization tasks that drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: + Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Assist with creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. + Support senior analysts in performing data analysis and preparing presentations or reports. + Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to help solve business problems. + Help maintain documentation of data sources, processes, and data definitions. + Participate in meetings with business teams to understand data needs and deliver insights. + Perform ad hoc data requests and provide basic statistical summaries. + Ensure data quality by following best practices for data governance and validation. Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred. + Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts). + Familiarity with SQL and querying databases. + Basic experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Clear communication skills and ability to present findings in a structured format. + Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
