Data Analyst
Job Description We are seeking two dedicated Catalog Specialists to join our team and help improve our data quality and customer experience. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our data quality program, which includes pulling reports, reviewing selection policies, cataloging, and maintaining communication with vendors. The objective is to enhance the overall customer trust and conversion rates through meticulous data management and quality assurance. Responsibilities + Pull and analyze reports to capture trends and summarize findings. + Curate content for experiments and maintain content quality. + Communicate effectively with selling partners, providing best practices and addressing any questions or concerns. + Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality customizations. + Manage workflow efficiently by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring progress. + Resolve issues or discrepancies that arise during the audit and curation process promptly. + Keep detailed records of the program's progress, expenses, and any encountered issues for transparency and future reference. Essential Skills + Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and parties. + Ability to capture trends and distill information through reporting. + Self-starter with the ability to create processes around ambiguous problems. + Proficiency in using Pivot Tables. Additional Skills & Qualifications + SQL queries knowledge is a plus. + 1-3 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but exceptional candidates may be considered. Work Environment The team is primarily composed of engineers and is based out of Phoenix, with business teams located in Seattle. Flexible working hours from 8-5 PST. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
