A financial / bookkeeping background will be an advantage Excellent command of the English language The ability to liaise with clients at a Managerial Level and international vendors Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be met Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, filtering etc) Strong attention to detail Currently residing in the close proximity of Somerset West Duties will include but are not limited to:
Data Administrator Liaising with suppliers on special price files Coordinating and following up on new request initiated by sales Reviewing updates on vendor portals, Capturing data on a master Excel sheet and keeping it updated Updating sales team databases Accounts Receivable (Debtors) Ensure timeous payments by all customers for all companies Resolve queries Capture payments on SAP Reconcile Debtors ledger Proactively follow up on upcoming payments and overdue invoices with customers Vendor Special Pricing (TMO/OPG/SPR) – Data Management Capture and maintain Master Costing Folder and update / sync Sales Price Files Monitor vendor portals for changes on Price Files Liaise with vendors to follow up on outstanding price files. Request and follow up renewals of expiring pricing agreements Inventory Item Management Assist Operations Manager in maintaining SAP inventory records Assist in the loading of new inventory items Assist in resolving SAP/Warehouse stock discrepancies Stock Counts – cyclic and annual SAP Processing Cross train and backup Procurement Team on inter-company processing General Assist with General Accounting Functions. Candidate must reside in the Helderberg area and have a strong command of the English language.
