Now, we’re excited to launch our new Specialist Smoke-Free Service, and we’re looking for a dedicated Data Administrator to join this new team. This role is based in Bromley, a vibrant and diverse community where you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational success of the Specialist Smoke-Free Service.
As a Data Administrator, your work will ensure that accurate data collection, efficient administrative processes, and robust reporting systems drive the delivery of high-quality, impactful service.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week.
SalaryThe position offers a competitive full-time salary between the range of £23,400.00 to £23,685.20, depending on your experience (salary will be pro rata for part time hours).
This reflects the importance of the role and the value we place on your contributions to the team and service.
Additional AllowanceAs this role is based in an area eligible for Outer London Weighting, you will receive an additional allowance of £2,163.27, enhancing your overall salary.
Please note that interviews will take place on Thursday, 27th February 2025. The highest-scoring candidates will then be invited back for a Values-Based Interview on Friday, 28th February 2025.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
As a Data Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our operations organised and efficient. Your attention to detail and administrative support will help ensure the smooth running of the Smoke-Free Service, contributing to its success and positively impacting the lives of those we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Management Team by maintaining efficient administration, IT, and telecommunication systems.Be the go-to person for all data-related matters, providing clear advice, reports, and information.Manage an electronic filing system to ensure client data is organised and accessible.Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records and data collection.Assist in the development and upkeep of Quit Manager, our specialist data system.Collate and submit regular data and performance reports to support service goals.Handle calls and correspondence from service users, external agencies, and staff with professionalism and empathy.Actively contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of the service.Engage with service users to gather feedback for ongoing service development.About YouYou excel in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong organisational skills and a passion for making a difference. What We’re Looking ForAs a Data Administrator, you will:
Support Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the Management Team to ensure that administrative, IT, and telecommunication systems are effective and efficient.Deliver Clear Communication: Provide advice, information, and reports in a clear and concise manner through the most appropriate channels.Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed and comprehensive records of client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.Be the Data Go-To: Act as the primary contact for all data-related matters, handling regular and ad hoc data requests.Organise Data Systems: Manage an electronic filing system to keep client information well-organised and easily accessible.Support Quit Manager Development: Assist in the development, servicing, and maintenance of the Quit Manager system to streamline service delivery.Collaborate on Reporting: Work with the Senior Advisor and wider team to collate and submit accurate monthly and quarterly data and information reports.Handle Inquiries with Care: Ensure all telephone calls from agencies, clients, and colleagues are handled promptly, courteously, and directed to the appropriate personnel when necessary.Drive Service Improvements: Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the service offered to clients, ensuring service user feedback informs ongoing developments.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on supporting a team, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to a service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
