Job Details

Job Title: Data Acquisition lead

Location: Lisbon (flexibility for the right candidate)

The Role (wider context):

Kantar Worldpanel is looking at expanding the geographic scope of a recently acquired team (Kauza), and exploring the possibilities to integrate Kauza’s data collection model into the existing Consumer Panel flows.

Kauza’s model rely on collecting purchase data from its app users loyalty card programs, and other digital accounts, and offers to the user a summary of their FMCG consumption. This model would allow Kantar Worldpanel to explore a data collection process that does not require financial incentives to the users, the consumption summaries being the main “incentive” for users to join the panel.

This represents a great opportunity for enhanced data quality, coverage, and financial efficiency, but also departs from Worldpanel’s traditional approach to panel management, data collection, and incentives, and in the context the Data Acquisition lead takes a key role in establishing the initial standard processes for this new methodology.

The initial scope of this role follows the first two pilots that have started in France and Spain, but will likely grow as they support the following phases on these pilots, and will help establish the potential geographic coverage of this methodology integration.
