A DAY IN THE LIFE Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously Participate in proposal meetings and buyout process for the selection of subcontractors and validate scope of work Perform preconstruction site surveys and kick off meetings as necessary Communicate with AHJs to determine project specific parameters (frequencies, installation requirements, testing parameters, etc.) Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of multiple vendors to ensure that projects are completed within prescribed time and financial parameters Manages project level financials based on project milestones to ensure proper revenue Manages subcontractor invoices and approval for work complete Provides weekly project status updates to necessary parties Work with OEMs/Distributors to create, purchase, and deliver Bill of Materials for individual projects Assist in equipment procurement and coordination of material deliveries to project locations NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS 1-5 years of experience in designing or constructing DAS/Wireless Telecommunication Systems or equivalent BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; with a minimum of 3.2 GPA Proficiency using Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with RF Engineering, iBwave Software, PCTEL Equipment, and OEM certifications are a plus.
