Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Daily Worker to join our Food & Beverage Service team in the vibrant town of Ubud, Indonesia. As a key member of our F&B team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe food and drinks to customers in a timely fashionMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areaProcess payments and handle cash transactionsAssist in setting up and breaking down dining areasCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operationsRespond promptly to guest inquiries and concernsAdhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelinesParticipate in team meetings and training sessions as required

QualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeBasic knowledge of food handling and safety practicesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills in EnglishBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing paymentsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/platesTeam player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in food and beverage service is a plusFood handling certification is advantageous but not requiredFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
