(D8983) Technician/Master Technician International - Northern Ireland
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
To impact the success of the company through the successful servicing and repair of vehicles within specified standards and time scales to exceed customer satisfaction. Carrying out service and repairs on franchised & non franchise vehicles to the highest standards, including diagnosis of intricate mechanical and electronic problems. Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and reduced repeat repairs.  SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES
GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above City & Guilds level 3 / NVQ Level III in Motor Vehicle Repair Master Technician must have completed a recognized Master Technician Qualification and have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda Experience is desirable but not essential Aptitude for multi-tasking. Ability to work under pressure. A Valid Driving License is essential for this position (company will assist with this, as long as you have a valid South African passport and drivers license).  QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be a qualified Petrol Technician or Master Technician  PACKAGE:
Salary o        Technician               £ 30,000
o        Master Technician     £ 33,000
