D365 Technical Lead
**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced D365 Technical Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations, including system architecture, customization, and integration. Daily tasks include leading development teams, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring quality and performance standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements. **Tech Lead Initiatives:** · Lead the technical team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, managing environments and releases, and collaborating with functional team · Design the technical architecture of the D365 F&O solution, considering factors like scalability, security, and performance. This includes defining integration points, data conversion strategies, and extension development plans. · Oversee the implementation and integration of D365 F&O, ensuring that it meets the client's business requirements and integrates seamlessly with other systems. · Responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues that arise during the implementation and operation of D365 F&O. · Stay up to date on the latest D365 F&O features, best practices, and emerging technologies. **Training and Mentorship:** · Manage the Dynamics 365 development team, mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. · Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's technical capabilities and ensuring best practices. **Collaboration:** · Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technical deliverables into the development lifecycle. **Continuous Improvement:** · Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in D365 Technology. · Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. · Staying updated with the latest features, implementing enhancements, and optimizing the system for better performance and functionality, while also ensuring adherence to industry best practices and business needs. **Qualifications:** **Education:** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** · Minimum of 5+ years of experience in D365 F&O, with a focus on leading teams. · Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects **Certifications:** · D365 F&O technical certification or equivalent certifications in D365 platform is preferred. **Technical Skills:** + Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations + Experience in system architecture, customization, and integration + Proficiency in development languages and frameworks relevant to Dynamics 365 + Ability to lead development teams and manage technical projects + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders **Soft Skills:** · Excellent leadership and communication skills.
