We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Marketing Automation Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing to drive our marketing automation strategy and optimize customer engagement through technology. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end marketing automation solutions that align with business goals and customer experience objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure a seamless and effective integration of marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

Lead the design and development of D365 Marketing automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Architect and implement scalable, flexible, and future-proof integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms).Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, personalized marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.

Technical Leadership:

Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and related technologies, providing guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide technical leadership in the configuration and customization of D365 Marketing, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation systems and integrations.

Integration Management:

Oversee the integration of D365 Marketing with CRM, ERP, data lakes, and external platforms like email service providers, social media platforms, and analytics tools.Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure proper data flow and quality for marketing automation processes.Design and manage integrations for lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and campaign analytics.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with marketing and business teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the seamless user experience across various touchpoints.Partner with the data team to implement reporting and analytics for campaign performance tracking and optimization.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features in marketing automation, D365, and related technologies.Recommend enhancements, upgrades, and new tools to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.Lead proof of concepts, evaluations, and implementation of new technologies or strategies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation & Training:

Create and maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, integrations, and processes.Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices and new features in D365 Marketing.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience working with marketing automation platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing platform, including lead management, email marketing, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.Proficiency in integration technologies, such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or REST APIs.Solid understanding of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and how they integrate with marketing platforms.Experience with data management, including data modeling, segmentation, and analytics.Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant or similar certification.Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Power BI) and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and advanced analytics.Knowledge of other marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud) is a plus.Understanding of marketing strategies, customer experience, and digital marketing best practices.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $131,699-$197,548, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
