Lead Initiatives:-

\n

·            Understand business requirements - collaborate with the necessary departments

\n

·            Implement production control, inventory management, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and demand forecasting.

\n

·            Ability to perform in business process mapping and gap analysis.

\n

·            Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

\n

·            Lead the Supply Chain functional track of an implementation.

\n

·            Provide expert level product knowledge of D365 F&O SCM

\n

·            Ability to perform a fit/gap analysis on the requirements identifying gaps in standard functionality as well as best possible standard workarounds

\n

·            Create Functional Design Documents for software modifications to address approved gaps in functionality using best practices. Design must be efficient, adhere to best practices, and fully address the client’s needs.

\n

·            Knowledge of software testing processes and best practices. Knowledge of using Leapwork for testing will be an added advantage.

\n

·            Collaborate with development teams to customize and enhance D365 F&O functionality where needed.

\n

·            Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to help clients fully adopt the D365 F&O SCM solution.

\n

·            Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams during the project lifecycle

\n

Continuous Improvement:

\n

·          Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in D365 Technology.

\n

·          Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

\n

·          Staying updated with the latest features, implementing enhancements, and optimizing the system for better performance and functionality, while also ensuring adherence to industry best practices and business needs.

Education:

\n

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

\n

Experience:

\n

·       Minimum of 8+ years of experience in D365 F&O, with a focus on leading teams.

\n

·       Proven experience in delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects

\n

·       Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations leading functional workstream with industry experience in Supply Chain and Warehousing

\n

·       Strong domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

\n

·       Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

\n

Certifications:

\n

·       D365 F&O functional certification or equivalent certifications in D365 platform is preferred.

\n

Functional Skills:

\n

·       Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts, processes, and best practices.

\n

·       Hands-on experience with key D365 F&O modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, and Warehouse Management.

\n

·       Proven ability to lead and manage client-facing projects and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

\n

Soft Skills:

\n

·       Excellent leadership and communication skills.

\n

·       Ability to mentor and motivate team members.
