Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst - D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with a strong focus on Finance to join our team. In this role, you will work with finance teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement D365 F&O to streamline financial operations and reporting. You will ensure system alignment with financial business processes and assist in driving best practices within the D365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering

* Collaborate with finance stakeholders to document business requirements for D365 F&O Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting).
* Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that align with financial best practices.

System Configuration & Design

* Configure D365 F&O Finance modules to meet business requirements.
* Map financial processes and ensure proper integration with other D365 modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement).

Testing & Validation

* Develop test cases and conduct system testing to ensure the solution meets business and compliance requirements.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance teams.

Client Support & Documentation

* Provide ongoing support for D365 F&O post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and guiding users.
* Prepare documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.

*

Continuous Improvement

* Stay updated on D365 F&O Finance module features and enhancements.
* Recommend improvements to financial processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant working with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with a focus on Finance.
* Strong knowledge of D365 F&O Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting).
* Experience with financial business processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to map financial processes and configure D365 F&O accordingly.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

* D365 F&O Finance certifications.
* Experience with SKG
* Experience with Agile project methodologies.
* Knowledge of integration tools and third-party financial applications.Apply
