Job description
A Microsoft Partner/ISV with a well-established global practice is expanding in the United States and is in need of a senior level Business Central resource to lead their technical team.
This role would be a mix of Business Central programming and team leadership, calling for someone with experience motivating and mentoring developers within the Microsoft Partner channel.

Your New Role:
* Lead the Business Central development on implementation, migration, upgrade, and customization projects
* Play a key role in hiring, mentoring, and upskilling junior developers within the team
* Manage technical sprints, overseeing a 6 person team
* Review code to ensure it complies with industry best practices
* Participate in systems design, collaborating with functional teams and customer stakeholders
* Act as the "Face of the Franchise" for all technical efforts on new client rollouts
What You'll Need:
* 4+ years of experience with D365 Business Central
* Expertise with AL extension programming
* Experience with Power BI and Power Automate a plus
* Consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel desired
* Team Leadership experience (minimum 2 direct reports)
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
* Great communication skills with the ability to interact well with end user customers
* Bachelor's Degree in information technology, or similar studies
