Position Overview:
As part of the talented Flite team, you will works with the regional & international D2C sales team to deliver a premium customer experience, focusing on lead generation and sales conversion.

Essential Functions:
Respond to D2C sales inquiries promptly and professionally.Proactively seek out new sales funnels and manage abandoned cart recovery.Oversee the regional Growth Hero platform and referral sales.Handle initial B2B Commercial Partner inquiries.Nurture sales leads from inquiry to purchase and provide ongoing support.Process online orders through Shopify.Maintain high-quality customer communication and service.Answer phone inquiries and provide assistance as needed.Assist with sales order administration and reporting.Support process improvements and collaborate on specialty projects.Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at driving D2C sales.Provide cross-functional support to the Customer and Partner Success team as needed.Manage trade shows and events in coordination with event teams.Participate in sales training and skill development.Assist in training and recruiting new team members.Provide training to team members and ensure knowledge-sharing.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR 3+ years of relevant experienceThe anticipated pay range for this position is $53,100 – $83,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
