Cloud Infrastructure Engineering and Management: Designing, provisioning, configuring, and managing the cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. This involves setting up networks, servers, storage, and other resources. Linux knowledge Automation and Orchestration: Implementing automation and orchestration processes to streamline the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud resources. Monitoring and Alerting: Setting up monitoring tools and configuring alerts to proactively monitor the health, performance, and availability of the cloud infrastructure and applications. Responding to alerts, diagnosing and resolving performance or availability issues, and implementing improvements based on monitoring insights. Incident Management and oncall Support: Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for the infrastructure and applications. Responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, network) to resolve problems and minimize downtime. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, operations, network) to gather requirements, provide support, and share knowledge. Documenting infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the reproducibility of infrastructure setups.
