Our client is an online marketplace operated in a number of countries, offers heavily discounted goods which are mostly shipped to consumers directly from China

 

As a data annotation advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and annotating data based on provided guidelines and criteria. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data labeling and annotation. Identifying and resolving discrepancies or ambiguities in data annotations. Collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality annotated datasets. Adhering to project deadlines and quality standards. Providing feedback on annotation guidelines and suggesting improvements. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Native or proficient level of Czech (C2) Intermediate level of English (at least B2)  Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages  Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies A motivated and enthusiastic personality Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly Familiarity with ticketing systems Experience with policy work, or help resource project management Able to follow guidelines and instructions Ability to think outside the box Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon or Porto)
