NVR is the parent company of Ryan Homes, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Dayton Ohio Plant. If you are reliable with a record of strong attendance, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, you will be a great fit for our team! In this role, you will be responsible for direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse style manufacturing facilities. Our roles require a high focus on flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity. All training is provided, no experience is necessary! 

Position Details

Hiring immediately 1st Shift work hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm (M-F). Pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00. 

Responsibilities:

Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs. Counts and reconciles part numbers and/or locations daily Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to materials Proactively communicate to appropriate departments regarding material status, availability and quality Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information Cross train in various other job functions and adjust team duties based upon daily production needs Perform various general laborer duties as required in a building products manufacturing facility

Qualifications:

Experience in production, manufacturing, or Inventory Management preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook Organized thought process with high attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results Effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication skills Willingness to work as a team to achieve productivity goals Ability to work safely, inside or outside as required Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, to include the ability to lift 60 lbs
