Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager Leadwho will support the delivery of mission enabling Information Technology ServiceManagement/Integrationand Cybersecurity for a large environment of critical national security importance.TheCybersecurity Project Manager Lead will support operations for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The services shall also include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and inventory for all secure telephone devices. The **Cybersecurity Project Manager Lead** will drive the execution of cybersecurity initiatives and projects across the organization. This leadership role requires a combination of deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity and strong project management expertise. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our information assets while leading cross-functional teams to deliver security-focused projects on time and within scope. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Lead, plan, execute, and close cybersecurity and IT security projects. + Oversee cross-functional project teams and ensure coordination across departments. + Ensure security protocols, risk assessments, and threat management processes are followed. + Collaborate with IT, compliance, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with security policies and business objectives. + Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery. + Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity principles and project management. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field and 12+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field with 10+ years of experience can be beneficial and may enhance your qualifications. + Must possess one of the following certifications **:** Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),Project Management Professional (PMP),Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM). + A minimum of 8 years of experience in information security or a related field. + Proven hands-on experience in cybersecurity or IT, including risk assessments and security protocols. + A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in IT or cybersecurity environments. + Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and collaborating across departments. + DOE Q clearance required. **Original Posting:** April 17, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
