Your Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct assessments such as penetration testing, threat modeling, and code reviews while simulating real-world attack scenarios on prototype systems and associated infrastructure. This position requires expertise in offensive cybersecurity operations and strong technical knowledge of networking.You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:A seasoned cybersecurity expert with deep technical knowledge of offensive security.Proficient in penetration testing, exploit development, and adversary simulation.Skilled at developing custom scripts and tools to automate security assessments.An innovative problem-solver who can identify and evade modern security defenses.A strong communicator who can translate complex cybersecurity risks into actionable insights.A Day in the Life:Conduct simulated real-world attacks while managing detection signatures.Develop and execute threat models to identify vulnerabilities and security gaps.Perform penetration testing and adversary simulations, using tools like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and custom-built payloads.Research emerging cyber threats, APT techniques, and evolving attack vectors.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure vulnerabilities are mitigated effectively.Automate testing and exploit development using scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, PowerShell, or Golang.Evaluate operational security (OPSEC) risks and implement stealthy attack techniques.Provide mentorship and training to junior cybersecurity professionals.Must Have:TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.20+ years of experience in offensive cybersecurity, exploit development, or software analysis.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).Expertise in Red Teaming methodologies, including Recon, Exploitation, Persistence, Lateral Movement, and Exfiltration.Hands-on experience with penetration testing suites (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, etc.).Strong proficiency in custom tool and payload development (C#, C/C++, Golang, Python, Bash, PowerShell).Ability to evade industry-leading Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.In-depth knowledge of malware techniques (code injection, rootkits, privilege escalation, anti-analysis tactics).Strong grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and traffic analysis using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump.Expertise in Windows, Linux, and macOS security.Experience with virtualization and sandbox environments for malware analysis.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in cybersecurity research.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.Nice to Have:Experience with automated vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys).Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) tactics and techniques.Contributions to public research, security white papers, or open-source tools.Participation in Capture the Flag (CTF) or cybersecurity competitions.Experience with threat intelligence, threat modeling, or incident response.Hands-on cloud security expertise.Familiarity with DevSecOps and continuous security integration.Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CEH.About us: We are an experienced advanced analytic development company providing Cyber solutions to current and emerging missions.
