**Description** SAIC has an immediate opening on a prime contract for a Senior Technical Expert with a background in Cyber Network Exploitation (CNE) tool development, and/or custom electronic hardware design. The successful candidate will support the ongoing development of a customer system, ensuring that all system requirements are met. This role involves coordinating and communicating with the primary vendor, monitoring technical progress, scheduling review points, tracking and resolving issues, managing risk, and serving as an expert advisor to the government. Additionally, the candidate will guide a comprehensive system integration and testing program to deliver a tailorable, deployment-ready capability. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and communicate with the primary vendor to ensure alignment with project goals and technical requirements + Monitor technical progress and schedule review points to ensure milestones are met + Track and resolve issues promptly, managing risks effectively + Serve as an expert advisor to the government, providing technical insights and recommendations + Guide a comprehensive system integration and testing program to deliver a tailored, deployment-ready capability + Communicate complex technical material effectively to various stakeholders with different levels of understanding and expertise **Qualifications** + Must currently possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph + Bachelor's degree and 14 years or more of relevant experience; OR Master's degree and 12 years or more of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Scientific/Engineering discipline + Proven experience in Cyber Network Exploitation (CNE) tool development + Experience with custom hardware electronic design SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
