Description:Your Mission:
As an integral part of Lockheed Martin’s Computer Incident Response Team (LM-CIRT), you will work in the Global Defense and Intelligence Mission Area within our Corporate information Security (CIS) division. You will have responsibility leading a team that is focused on defending the enterprise against network intrusion activity originating from criminal and nation state adversaries. You will focus on leading effective execution of operational workflows, analytical completeness, enhancing tradecraft, and implementing resilient countermeasures.
You will lead a globally dispersed team of intelligence analysts with the mission of defending the enterprise’s computing assets. Basic Qualifications:
• Top Secret clearance prior to start, with zbility and willingness to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
• 10 to 15 years of experience in computer network defense or related field
• Excellent technical knowledge of large-scale computer network environments
• Deep understanding of network security protocols and concepts
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions
• Knowledge of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools
• Awareness of current cyber threats and attack vectors
• Ability to lead, manage, coach, and motivate a team of security analysts
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Conflict resolution and performance management skills
Desired Skills:
• Proven experience in incident investigation and response methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and escalate security incidents effectively
• Knowledge of incident response planning and documentation
• Experience managing SIC team performance and staff development
• Experience implementing and maintaining security monitoring tools and processes
• Experience leading response to security incidents and coordinating remediation efforts

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $134,300 - $257,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
