We're growing the team, and we're looking for a Customer Project Manager to join the Customer Experience (CX) team who will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end project encompassing the entire deliver service lifecycle (initiate, plan, implement, supervise & control and close).

What You’ll Do Responsibilities include: Adherence to Global Project Management Office (GPMO) project management methodology and all other internal methodologiesEnsure appropriate project planning and that all projects are delivered on time, in budget, and with high levels of qualityEnsure accurate scope and change management processes are adhered to between customers, partner & account teamsHandle customer concerns of any project or client issues in a timely mannerBaseline Management – Schedule, Cost, QualityProactively identify risks and communicate them appropriately to partners for risk mitigation and development of a contingency planCreation of project plans and oversight of plan timelines and evaluation of project process and results against success metricsDirects and coordinates project staff, including project engineers, vendors, partners, or subcontractorsPrepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresOptimize and coordinate interaction between internal, partner and customer resources toward the completion of key services projects and programsHelp cross-train other employees where/when appropriateComplete time and expense reporting in a timely and accurate manner

Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience as project manager with strong project management skills including scheduling, financial reporting, performance reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management, procurement management and other key PM abilities.Must understand project financial reports prepared by the project specialist, comment on and provide options for irregularities and ensures a realistic forecast is made.Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.Proficient in: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPointFluent in Korean & business English communication.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification or equivalent.Extensive Program/Project Industry knowledge.Executive client facing experience.Previous experience in business development and management for new customers/markets/services business management role in a large or strategic account or group of customers.
