Responsibilities
Follow up of official customs formats, documents or paperwork Contact with external customs agents Follow-up of legal compliance Preparation of import and export documents Electronic file management and tracking Request and verification of certificates of origin of goods to be imported. Request and negotiation of certificates of origin, filing and verification of physical inventory of imported material. Decision-making and problem-solving in Customs
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience on similar position Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, International Relations Knowledge in virtual operations and annex 24 Registration of imported fixed assets Validity, balances, filing and required documentation. Rectifications Interpersonal skills Honesty Effective communication Negotiation Advanced English
