Customer Value Chain Analyst

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs throughout the value chain. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. By analyzing data and distribution standards, the Value Chain Analyst will play a critical role in driving strategic decisions that improve business performance and create long-term value for the organization. Responsibilities: + ​​Collect, analyze and interpret the impact of changes within the organization or between organizations, ensuring that the effects of changes are well understood and approved by all of the appropriate stakeholders. + ​Responsible for updating pipeline activity and coordinating activity updates with implementation, operations and commercial to provide visibility and clarity for strategic planning. + ​Input and manage data, project progress & reports in Salesforce; including Customer Action Request activities for compliance tracking with Top 100 customers. + ​Supportsexistingcompliance reviews and development of compliance results with Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations and Data Management teams. + ​Enforces O&M standard offering (Bulk, LUM, Sortation, Deliveries, etc.) and educates organization on most cost-effective approach to deliver products and services. + ​Documents and supports customer contractual compliance audits to ensurecost to serve aligns to O&M standard offering and captures value adds. + ​Responsible for contract summary documentation and delivery to functional leadership team to define each customer cost to serve and distribution offerings for renewals and new customers. + ​Proactively identify patterns and trends for financial and operational process improvement and cost reduction. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure organization success. + ​Summarize financial impacts and model scenarios of operational changes. + Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal operations to ensure consistency and streamline processes. + ​Generate custom reports and presentations as requested.​ Education:​​ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience​ Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: + ​​Strong networking and relationship building skills + ​Proven ability to assess needs, identify issues, summarize and present information/recommendations and implement change + ​Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges + ​Good writtenand verbal communication skills + ​Strong sense of time organization and urgency + ​Able to work independently and within a team of cross-functional teammates + ​Proficiency with MS Office suite, PowerBI, Smartsheet & Salesforce ​ Additional Requirements: + ​​Inside working conditions + ​Ability to travel ~25% to Distribution Centers and Plants + ​No environmental hazards indicated for this classification + ​Open to a hybrid remote working environment​ If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
