We embrace a high-performance culture that promotes growth, success, and opportunity for our employees, clients, and partners. **Join us!** **What the role looks like:** + Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies. + Facilitate virtual instructor led training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally. + Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent customer experience globally. + Update, translate & localize training materials as directed. + Review feedback, identify and implement improvement. + Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance). + **Hybrid position** + Working hours - **Mon - Fr 10:00-19:00** **Your profile:** + 1+ year in Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment. + Fluency in **Portuguese and English** – written and verbal + Experience delivering ILT / Vilt learning programs. + Strong presentation and communication skills + Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and LMS platforms such as Skilljar Preferred Qualifications + Knowledge of adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments. + Passion for training and educating people + Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training and internal curriculum development and execution. + Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings. **What we offer:** + Friendly multicultural and multilingual environment. + Mentoring, training, and career development programs. + Happiness programs and internal social events. + Additional health care package. + Benefits and discounts - food vouchers, Multisport card, etc. + Birthday Time Off.
