Job Description

To ensure the expansion of our service delivery center in Sofia we are looking for Technical Support Specialists who will be dealing with support of routers, wi-fi set up and smart control systems and device integration.

Provide first class customer service and technical support through phone and e-mail:

Help customers with account, product and order -related inquiriesUtilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-throughRepresent the client in a professional yet friendly manner through phone and email interactionAdhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policiesTransfer or endorse contacts to the appropriate department for resolution.

QualificationsExcellent German skills (B2 or higher)Excellent English skills (B2 or higher)Computer Navigation Skills and multi-taskingKnowledge in internet router's specifications, internet connectivity and troubleshootingAbility to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical usersKnowledge in Consumer Electronics' specifications, usage, and troubleshootingExcellent communication skillsFlexible working hours
