Customer Support Specialist
Required Skills: + 1+ years of experience in customer service + Experience creating charts and graphs within Excel + Experience in data review and documentation Description Looking for agents to support our team and directly work with end users to resolve live time tickets. Responsibilities + Analyze large datasets to identify meaningful signals and patterns that correlate with fraud and abuse. + Use in-house tools to label images, signals, and payments based on existing protocols. + Make informed decisions on difficult cases and provide relevant feedback to improve the specificity of review protocols. + Identify new fraud trends and adversarial behaviors; and collaborate with our business process team to improve fraud detection capabilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
