This powerful combination arms home insurance underwriters with a more complete picture of the risk, while helping reduce their overall underwriting investment.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Coordinator serves as point of contact for LN Risk Flyreel customers, in resolving issues and product pain points from the customers’ perspective.
Responsible for research, resolution and responding to questions and inquiries via email and chat platforms.
Accurately assess and uncover customer concerns through probing questions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Understand product behavior and trends.
Provide documentation for data and processes performed and must be able to convey/communicate information by statement or suggestion.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Protect customer information in accordance with privacy policies.
Uphold company standards in dealing with external customers for better Customer Experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field or at least 2 years equivalent experience
For internal candidates, must be at least 12 months in current role with no active Disciplinary Actions received
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and workflow management skills
High attention to details
Excellent multitasking skills
Proficient in keyboard and MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Willing to work on US business hours and weekend coverage
Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individuals
