This is a full time, nonexempt position
 
This colleague will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for customers within the ADM Ohio River Valley region.
As a member of the Customer Support Team, this individual will represent ADM by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment.  

ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Origination Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customersObtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systemsReview various reports daily to balance, ensure accurate application, etc.Process customer requests and respond to inquiriesResearch and obtain resolution of any customer issuesProcess settlements and monitor accounts receivableCross training on all CSR responsibilitiesOther reasonable tasks as assigned by managerSkills and QualificationsA service-oriented focus on both internal and external customersAbility to multitask, adapt and preform consistently in a fast paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate in and work as a teamA positive customer centric dispositionProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookThe ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as neededExperience using internal systems is preferredBachelor’s degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferredDecision-making abilitiesAttention to detailExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
