Responsibilities:
+ Ability to enter data accurately.
+ Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
+ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
+ Assist with projects and/other duties as warranted.
+ Perform standard processing tasks for each line of business supported
+ Perform standard processing tasks for other administrative operations areas as needed
+ Other duties assigned by Site Leader
+ Open mail under dual control
+ Log mail and any checks received
+ Research unidentified mail to send to proper location
+ Scanning
+ High level of customer interaction
+ Work independently
Qualifications:
+ Highschool diploma or GED required.
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
+ Intermediate skill ability in Microsoft Excel
+ Accuracy & Attention to detail required
+ Able to lift 50lbs
+ Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
