Customer Success Specialist with German and English
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales order & Claims creation Maintenance of customer portal Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA MIS reporting as neededQualificationsThe ideal candidate will display the following attributes:
Responsible for & Understands Order Management ProcessExcellent knowledge of German and English language level B1-B2 or higher. A very high level of Customer OrientationShould have Analytical skills.Order management – Prior Order Booking experience in OracleAbility to work fact-based with high agility, accuracy and attention to detailAbility to determine and resolve root cause issuesAn understanding of business processes and controlsHigh energy / drive for resultsPriority setting / time managementAbility to plan and work in an organized way.Able to follow processes and provide “Best in Class” service and supportAbility to work empowered, transparent and to tight deadlines and manage own and department workload accordinglyAbility to manage routine to moderately complex problems or disputesAbility to work as an individual but also with other team members with minimum supervision once training is completedGood working knowledge in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, & PPTGood interpersonal and communication skills both written and oralAdditional InformationWhat we offer
