Join us! **What You'll Be Doing:** + Act as an Implementation Consultant for LinkedIn Hiring solutions, guiding new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers through a seamless setup process; + Drive implementation progress, ensuring timely and accurate integration of LinkedIn products; + Conduct quality assurance checks to verify all client product integrations are successfully completed; + Deliver customer value by promoting adoption, usage, and engagement, ensuring long-term success with LinkedIn Hiring; + Maintain in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn’s suite of products to advise clients on best practices and optimization strategies; + Track key customer lifecycle milestones, from onboarding to license activation, ensuring users are engaged and achieving their goals; + Accurately document client interactions and activities in CRM systems; + Support clients by triaging and resolving troubleshooting tickets; + **Working Hours:** Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 01:00 AM; + **Hybrid role:** 4 days per month in Office. **What We're Looking For:** + Fluent English (written and verbal); + Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills; + Confidence in engaging in client Face-to-face virtual interactions; + Experience in **Customer Support or Client Facing Interactions** would be considered as an advantage; + A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction; + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities; + Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); + Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently under deadlines; + Experience managing tickets, queues, and cases within **CRM platforms.** **When We Offer:** + Monthly transportation/internet allowance; + Bonuses for key life events (marriage, birth/adoption of a child, university graduation); + Comprehensive medical plan (health and dental care, fully covered by the employer); + Life insurance coverage; + Access to Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport).
