Customer Success Specialist
Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Federal Way, Washington, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through various processes in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls, addressing their needs and concerns • Place outbound calls to collect additional information and provide assistance • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer accounts • Guide customers through necessary processes, escalating problems to the appropriate teams when needed • Document all call information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system following standard operating procedures • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and compliance with regulations and policies regarding customer data privacy • Understand and become well-versed in healthcare programs, practices, and services • Provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience • Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requirements • Must have at least one year of experience in a customer success role. • Proficient in various computer programs relevant to customer service. • Familiarity with CRM software and their functions. • Experience in answering inbound calls and handling customer queries effectively. • Ability to assist customers with various inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner. • Experience in benefit functions related to customer service. • Comfortable in a heavily outbound call environment. • Proficient in answering inquiries from customers and providing accurate information. • Should have a strong background in customer communication and relationship building. • Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. • Proven track record of providing superior customer service. • Experience or understanding of the health care industry is advantageous.
