C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Managed Services division.
In this strategic role, you will drive profitability by managing account P&L, forecasting revenue, and designing innovative supply chain solutions. You will collaborate globally to align enterprise capabilities with customer goals, develop strategic plans, and lead initiatives to deliver exceptional value. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Grow Profitably
Manage account P&L and financial performance.
Maintain accurate revenue projections and resource allocation.
Create supply chain solutions using customer data and requirements.
Global Capabilities
Align enterprise capabilities with customer goals and strategy.
Develop and execute a collaborative strategic plan.
Advocate for project-based delivery models to meet customer expectations.
Customer Relationships
Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level contacts.
Lead initiatives to deliver customer value and operational excellence.
Align business functions globally to support the customer’s strategic plan.
Talent
Mentor and guide Service Delivery teams.
Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
+6 years of professional experience in account management, specifically working with key, strategic clients
Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Logistics industry
Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
Strong strategic thinking and alignment with customer goals
Excellent customer-facing skills and relationship management
Experience presenting to key decision makers, both internal and external
Proven track record in consultative sales and managing customer expectations
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills
