About The Role:The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for providing our clients with excellent campaign management post-sale. This includes maximizing client relationships while working as a liaison among: Account Executives, Branded Content Strategists, Ad Operations and any other departments specified in the campaign. This position is teamed with Account Executives and a Pre-Sale Sales Planner and is responsible for the client experience of campaign implementation and performance.  What You’ll Do:Main point of contact for sold campaign managementKey contributor to regular touch points with clients to deliver optimizations, reporting and overall campaign successIdentifies up-sell and renewal opportunities within campaign’s strategy and passes them along to the Account Executive for presentation to the clientRetains client base through exemplary service and positive ROI for the clientDevelops and maintains working relationships with key contacts and team members in all functional areaCoordinates and monitors development of artwork, ad copy and proofs with creative team to ensure successful execution of the client's advertising campaignIn partnership with Sales Planner and Ad Operations partners, presents campaign performance reports to client; makes recommendations as necessaryStays abreast of client's marketing needs: strategy, audience, objective and ROI expectation  Who You Are:Proven self-starter with a natural curiosity toward business solutions and customer positioningMix of analytical ability to see trends in data and ability to influence customer behavior using resultsPassionate about improving and innovating the customer experienceDesire for future growth and advancement in media sales and customer solutions  Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of customer engagement experience in the area of marketing/advertisingMinimum 2+ years of project and customer management experience.
