Customer Success & Analytics Manager

Reuters News & Media is the largest global news brand delivering business, technology and financial content that professional decision makers use on a daily basis. You'll play a key role in the management and renewal of our campaigns, ensuring that our customers are receiving the great experience that they expect when working with Reuters.
As a result of recent commercial growth, we're now looking for a Customer Success and Analytics Manager to work with our clients and internal teams. In this collaborative and client-facing role, you'll be working closely with a range of internal stakeholders including account managers, media planners, audience development and advertising operations. You'll oversee digital and custom content campaigns that leverage our full product portfolio.
This role is a primarily post sales role that will oversee some of our largest deals that incorporate cross platform elements to ensure the highest level of customer service through campaign execution and in post campaign reporting.
It will also inform pre-sales, working closely with the Media & Campaign Managers and Sales people working on our largest strategic partnerships. This position will report into the Snr Commercial Director EMEA & APAC.
About the Role
As Customer Success and Analytics Manager at Reuters, you will:
Act as a liaison with Sales, Ad Ops, Planners, Project Management and audience development for our largest deals across the EMEA region.
Organise and streamline the communication/deliverables to the client at kick off and throughout the campaign.
Provide clients with campaign insights mid and post campaign to showcase performance and encourage renewals as well as via ongoing reporting calls.
Manage and oversee campaign benchmarks to aid in pre-sale as well as to inform future campaigns for best practices.
Opportunity to leverage BI platforms and tech to more fully automate reporting.
Use your presentation skills to lead client conversations through campaign activations and mapping key campaign insights.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Customer Success Manager, Activation if you:
Demonstrable experience of working in a digital publishing setting, ideally in a post-sales and client-facing role.
Have a bachelor’s degree and familiar in managing campaign reporting and optimizing campaigns to hit client’s KPIs.
If you are a highly organized professional that can juggle many tasks simultaneously working to meet deadlines.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is instrumental to driving success across a matrixed organization.
