Customer Solutions Manager

We're looking for a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) for NSSS Components Engineering within the LTO, Engineering Solutions, EMEA Business Unit.

The Engineering Solutions teams work with our nuclear plant customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa and the wider Westinghouse business to help customers to meet their safety, generation and lifetime goals by offering technical solutions.

As CSM you will report directly to the Engineering Solutions Director NSSS (EMEA) and will deliver technical proposals that includes pricing, schedule, delivery model, contract strategy and inclusion of Terms & Conditions that maximize mutual success and protect Westinghouse against loss of Intellectual Property and exposure to unacceptable risks.

You'll be part of the wider CSM population and have leadership responsibility for multiple direct reports that are usually Customer Solutions Engineers (CSEs).

You will be suitable for Hybrid working and it will require an element of travel around the EMEA region to visit customers, vendors and Westinghouse offices and manufacturing sites.

 

What you will do:

· Support opportunities and projects which involve component design, manufacture and delivery in their scopes

· Working with customers and vendors, building business relationships

· Investigate and define the most efficient industrial model for opportunities

· Lead project/capture teams on fabrication, component, customer aspects

· Coordinate with different company partners, for example; Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Sites, Finance, Project Controls)

· Be accountable for delivery of proposals to customers specifically including

· Collaborate with other teams to plan offer development and participating or leading in the negotiations with customers

· Delivering on business plan targets such as Orders Entered, Margin-As-Sold, Revenue, Margin and EBITDA (profit)

· Navigate the products within ES EMEA (Plant Engineering, PWR Engineering, BWR Engineering) as opportunities arise, working with other Customer Solutions Managers and Engineers.

What skills do you need:

· Engineering Degree

· Minimum 10 years of nuclear engineering experience

· Experience in managing costumer relationship

· Fluent English
