This is a permanent, home-based position with local travel within the Lloydminster, Battleford, Shellbrook, Biggar, Saskatchewan area.

BSc in Agriculture or related discipline with a minimum 2 years of experienceExcellent understanding of local crop production, agronomy and familiarity of the Bayer portfolio of seed, crop protection and digital solutionsComfortable using Excel, Word and PowerpointFlexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needsStrong interpersonal, team and English communication skills – presentation, written, verbal and listening, to maximize results with customers and internal stakeholdersUnderstands key customer needs to develop tailored solutionsExperience using digital tools to manage, interpret and leverage dataExcellent problem solving through analytical thinking in complex situations with minimal guidanceValid driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles safelyAbility to effectively supervise and coach summer studentsDesired -
