Job Description

The Customer Solutions Administrator will work cross-functionally and be responsible for building and maintaining an online parts catalog with updated information. The goal of the role is to help provide a better experience for our employees, 3rd party representatives, and end-users to quickly and easily find the right information; find, select, price, and order parts. The candidate will also be cross-trained in Warranty and Inside Sales functions.

ResponsibilitiesConfers with appropriate personnel and responds to customer inquiries and complaints.Train and master the online parts catalog software.Act as liaison between cross functions during the ECN process and work closely with each department and product managers for new and updated products.Create new books for new products.Update parts and pricing changes; create and update tags and images.Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the online catalog software.Modify and/or remove organization structure and user requests.Assist with training questions.Maintain Taxonomy-tenant Admin.Create and generate monthly/quarterly/annual KPI’s and Ad-hoc reports.Submit and monitor subscription fees/licenses.Create and maintain standard operating procedures for Documoto.Reconcile part numbers and pricing between Aftermarket parts portal and e-commerce site.Provide coverage to Customer Solutions.Process Warranty Forms.Provide continuous improvement ideas, maintain the 5S program, and submit quick improvement and safety observations monthly.Handle special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in logistics and administrative tasks.Proficiency in reporting and data entry.Knowledge of supply chain management.Strong customer relations skills.Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures.Experience with online catalog software.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsCollege degree preferred.2+ years of logistics experience.Work Environment

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Fast-paced work environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
