Up to £23,419.60 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:

Handle customer enquiries (face to face, telephone and online), supplying potential patients with information about the services offered at the hospital.

Provide the customer with timely and appropriate advice regarding our consultants, specialities and pricing options aiming to covert them into a sale.

Make straightforward appointment bookings and amendments.

Responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads via a CRM system and following each lead until closed, focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.

Develop constructive relationships with various stakeholder groups including patients, consultants and medical secretaries.

What are we looking for?

You will need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner. Ideally educated to GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, you will have good IT and keyboard skills. Experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage. You will be tenacious and results focused individual
