**Skill Level:**
· Advanced verbal, written communication skills
· Proficient ERP skills v Proficient Microsoft Office skills
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**
· Quote Jax Repair Station orders daily to customers
· Ability to support Norwich as required
· Complete Repair Station orders upon approval of quote from customer
· Manage Exchange order quotes
· Work to resolve issues preventing orders from being processed or released through internal/external communication outlets
· Communicate with customers
· Coordinate with Engineers/PSE/Quality on investigative and/or warranty returns
· Ability to investigate, resolve, and process disputes
· Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
· Ability to answer, communicate and win customer confidence
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to train less experienced team members
· Ability to process various applicable workflows
· Provide effective customer service and understand customer needs
· Coordinate with Sales Directors and Customer Program Managers for resolution of any issues (Quotes and pricing)
· Ability to learn all product lines
· Ability to learn all order types
· Ability to review and interpret customer PO’s for compliance
· Ability to learn and manage SOP’s
· Ability to navigate customer portals
· Active careful selection panel member
· Pass annual eye exam specific to job title
· Cross train within department
· Support manufacturing operations across departments and product lines, being flexible as needed
· Perform other duties as assigned
