Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the government sector located in Oakland, California. The role we are seeking to fill is that of a Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and directing a team spread across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between offices.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct a team spread across various locations
• Ensure the seamless functioning of office operations across all locations
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with team leads at all offices
• Bridge any communication gaps between offices to ensure effective coordination
• Travel to different office locations as required to support operations
• Uphold internal process development and adherence in compliance with union agreements
• Execute additional duties as needed to support team operations
• Leverage your skills in CRM, answering inbound calls, auditing, billing functions, cash activity, supervised learning, direct supervision, and administrative assistance.
Requirements • Experience with CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships and interactions effectively.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls is required to ensure prompt and efficient customer service.
• Capability to perform auditing tasks to maintain accuracy and compliance in all operations.
• Familiarity with billing functions to handle financial transactions and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing cash activity to ensure accurate and secure handling of transactions.
• Knowledge of supervised learning techniques to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Experience in direct supervision of a team is essential for maintaining efficient operations and high service standards.
• Previous experience in supervising, including managing staff performance and development.
